Returns & Exchanges

At Hotmilk Lingerie, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
